Youth Worker
Fixed term contracts July 14 to 31st March 2015 £9.69 per hour
2 sessions per week (5 hours per session)
To deliver six 12 week programmes at locations in Frome
If you want to make a difference, enjoy working with young people and partnership agencies.
Have experience of delivering youth activities then we would like to hear from you to:
• Engage with young people and local stakeholders
• Deliver youth activities to young people aged 11-19
• Motivate young people to get involved
We are looking for an individual who is confident, resilient, enthusiastic and motivated to help young people achieve their full potential.
The funding for this opportunity has been received from Frome Town Council.

Youth & Community Development Manager
£27,000 annual salary – 37.5hrs per/week
2 year fixed term contract
If you are excited by development and like a challenge.
Can enthuse others, and have experience of development and project management this could be the job for you.
You will:
• Lead on the development of youth and community work in centres in Street and Frome.
• Manage part time senior workers in 5 youth clubs across the district of Mendip
• Build effective relationships with a range of partners and report on activities
• Help develop a sustainable model for youth work in Mendip YMCA
