Sarah is our Business Manager and her role here is to effectively manage and monitor Frome Town Council’s finances, to advise the Council in order to meet its financial objectives, and to ensure that all the Council’s accounts are in compliance with the legal requirements of the Accounts and Audit Regulations. Sarah is also in charge of the HR responsibilities, like our staff payroll.
