We have received notification that the roadworks scheduled for Friday 13th December will now take place on Monday 16th December, weather permitting.
Sections of Oakfield Road and Somerset Road will be closed between the hours of 10am and 2pm, with access permitted whenever possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and for the late rescheduling of these necessary works.
In addition, there may be temporary traffic lights in operation between 9am and 10am and after 2pm on 13th December in order for the work to continue.
The D2 and D2X will be diverted between 9am and 5pm to avoid Oakfield Road: signage will appear in affected bus stops. The bus diversion notice can also be downloaded from https://bit.ly/safer-school-streets-24.
