FTC Town Benchmarking Report 2017
The Town Council commissions a review of the town, which interviews traders and visitors each year, and compares this with other similar towns and previous years. This gives us a valuable insight into the town and what visitors think, which should inform how we trade, market our businesses and what we need to do to improve. Come and hear about the survey and let us know what you think the priorities for action should be.
