Now that Somerset Waste Partnership’s Recycle More scheme is well underway in Frome, they will be rolling out the introduction of the service to other areas in the county in 2021. With that in mind, Somerset Waste Partnership is seeking some feedback on the communications put in place around the introduction of the new service in Frome.
With the roll out imminent, they want to tweak and improve things where they can. Specifically, they have an opportunity to make changes to the two leaflets that came through resident’s doors. They already have comments form various sources, but are keen to have a brief discussion with members of the public if possible. They would like to hear from anyone willing to take part in a short virtual meeting with someone from SWP to talk through their thoughts on the leaflets, website content, social media or other aspects of communications.
If you are interested, the team at SWP are hosting a meeting on Thursday 17th December at 1pm, please email Reycle@somersetwaste.gov.uk and include COMMUNICATIONS FEEDBACK in the email title by Wednesday 16th December to take part and they will email you some of the material they’ll be discussing in advance.
