Last week’s Full Town Council Meeting saw two incredibly talented, aspiring young Frome architects, Ebanie Powell and Claudia Titley, unveil their model of the former Social Services Building on Christchurch Street West. ‘The building with no name’ is to be bought by Frome Town Council to provide a local base, through a range of options, for community groups and organisations working in Frome.
