The next two items will be considered in confidential session. This is because Cllrs will be discussing:
- whether to make an offer to purchase a property in the town
- whether to commission a feasibility study on another property in the town
If discussions were held in public session, business confidentiality would be compromised, and the Council may be at a disadvantage in negotiations.
As a result, the press and public will be asked to leave.
