Rainbow Flow was developed by yoga teacher Victoria Hall, who has over 600 hours adult, children’s, teen, SEN and pregnancy yoga experience.
After spending much of her working life in London, the birth of her children prompted Victoria to look into a career change. Having recognised the need for yoga in her own busy life she soon realised how beneficial this would be to children if taught from a young age. She loved attending mum and baby yoga sessions while on maternity leave and decided yoga could be an exciting route into her dream of teaching children.
Five years of hard work later Victoria now runs Children Inspired by Yoga in London and Somerset where she manages 12 teachers in over 40 settings a week. The team love delivering yoga inspired classes to children and parents of all ages.
Victoria moved back to her home town of Frome in 2021 and Rainbow Flow was born: a project that she hopes will enable her to offer yoga, movement and mindfulness to those who would perhaps otherwise miss out.
