Lisa Butler is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, as well as a Satya Prajna teacher. Lisa will be offering SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga in the Spring of 2025. Lisa’s classes take place at Room Frome, as she offers classes in mindful vinyasa flow, restorative somatic practice as well as mother and baby sessions and pregnancy yoga.
