Frome and District Wheelers Cycling Club are based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire and Frome, Somerset.
The Club was formed in 1925 first as a cycle touring club then post war as an active Time Trialling club. Not only are they cyclists but fans of all cycle sport. Members have travelled to watch and take part in:
- Domestic Time Trials
- International Time Trials (Duo Normand)
- Sportives
- CTC Rides
- Paris-Roubaix, Tour of Flanders
- Tour de France
- Training Camps
- Track Days
- Road Racing
The club promotes an Open Time Trial in February and during the summer they run a series of evening time trials perfect for the beginner or the seasoned veteran.
There are also regular club runs on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
