Frome Town United is an exciting new youth football club in Frome.
They offer football to both boys and girls of all abilities from the age of 5 all the way up to 18. Our youth teams play in the Midsomer Norton Youth Football League, Mid-Wilts Leagues and Somerset Floodlit League. The girls teams play in the Wiltshire Girls League.
They also run one of the largest FA Wildcats Centre for young girls from 5 to 11. This is a great way to meet new friends, have fun and learn the game.
United coaches are all FA qualified in coaching football and hold first aid in football qualifications. They are also trained in safeguarding children and are DBS checked.
Their links with Frome Town FC, Frome Town Women, Frome Collegians and Mells and Vobster FC enable them to provide a playing pathway for both boys and girls into adult football for those that want to progress as they get older.
Frome Town United are affiliated to Somerset Football Association and an FA Charter Standard Community Club. The FA Charter Standard Community acknowledges the most advanced level of club development and football provision. Clubs achieving The FA Charter Standard Community Club status can be proud to be the best place for people to play and enjoy football. They are able to demonstrate positive football environments where people can develop their skills, keep fit and enjoy playing as part of a friendly, safe and inclusive community.
