Friends of the River Frome

The Friends of the River Frome is a group of people who feel passionately about the state of the Somerset River Frome and its surroundings.

Activities include

• the strictly practical (working parties)
• the necessary (finding grants to do more ambitious work )
• the forward-looking (creating and pursuing the River Strategy in partnership with Frome Town Council and other agencies)
• the protective  (offering informed responses to proposals which may affect the river)
