At the Council meeting on 22 July, Councillors considered two major planning applications within Frome. Letters have been sent to Mendip District Council who will make the final decision, recommending that they should be refused.

This is for the erection of 213 dwellings (Phase One) it was agreed that, whilst the principle of residential development of this site is supported, this Reserved Matters application should be refused.
