Frome Town Council is offering a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in finance and administration! This full-time post (37 hours per week) includes one day at college and your remaining time will be based at the Council’s central offices. In addition to attaining a full AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) finance qualification over two or three years, this role will be a hands on-apprenticeship, providing financial support and administrative assistance to the Town Council.
During the apprenticeship you will develop a range of skills in finance, administration and information in local government. Full course fees and associated costs will be paid for! Starting salary is £7,696 for the first year, rising in subsequent years dependant on age and existing qualifications.
