It is usually an occupant’s responsibility to control pests and in some cases Somerset Council can take formal action to ensure that they are treated. Somerset Council does not offer a pest control service.
The main public toilets and a Changing Places Toilet in Frome are located at the Market Yard Car Park, in Justice Lane (near the Cheese and Grain). These are managed by Somerset Council and include accessible toilets for the disabled and baby change facilities.
There are also some public toilets in Victoria Park off Weymouth Road, managed by Frome Town Council.
Frome also runs the You’re Welcome scheme which includes community toilets, water refill points and Walkers are Welcome venues.
