Lucy has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching yoga for the last 13 years. Having trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy and Postnatal Mum/Baby yoga, Lucy caters for all abilities and all stages in life. Beginners and those with more experience welcome.
