This meeting will be conducted over Zoom. Please note the legal challenge that sought to continue local authority remote meetings beyond 6 May, has been dismissed by the High Court. We will continue to hold our meetings virtually to allow them to be safe both for the public, Cllrs and staff. These virtual meetings will be, technically, informal but we will run them as if they were formal; we will advertise them as normal and there will be agendas and reports, and votes and minutes will be taken. The Town Clerk (delegated to the Planning & Development Manager for the Planning Committee) will make decisions on behalf of the Council and committees that will be closely informed by those minutes.
