The following road and footpath closures are due to take place in and around Frome during May 2023.
Victoria Road
Somerset Council have issued an urgent/emergency road closure notice prohibiting all traffic from travelling along Victoria Road from 13 metres north east of the junction with Avenue Road, north eastwards for a total distance of 31 metres.
This order will enable Bristol Water to carry out works to add a new connection.
The works are expected to start on the 3rd May 2023 until 5th May 2023 between the hours of 00.00 – 23.59 for a total of 3 days.

Somerset Council have issued a temporary road closure notice prohibiting all traffic from travelling along Rodden Road, from the junction with New Road to the junction with Styles Hill for a total distance of 239 metres.
This order will enable Milestone Infrastructure to carry out footway maintenance.
The order becomes effective on the 11th May 2023 with works expected to start on the 15th May 2023 until 26th May 2023 between the hours of 00.00 – 23.59 for a total of 12 days.
