Southern Kung Fu Academy teaches traditional Southern Shaolin Kung Fu ‘Huen Kuen’. Professional step-by-step guidance in a safe and functional environment with a structured syllabus and grading system.
Students will learn to cultivate and enhance their fitness, respect, self discipline, confidence, awareness and much more at the same time as progressing through the grades of this functional fighting and highly effective self defence discipline.
