Pure Moves

Pure Moves is a friendly Pilates and wellness centre.

The centre is set in a quiet location with its own peaceful garden. The studios and therapy rooms are comfortable and warm and Pure Moves aim to provide the community with an encouraging and supportive environment for body, mind, health.

They offer Pilates classes to all levels – from complete beginners to advanced, plus a number of specialised classes for back care, better bones and older people.

Therapies

Pure Moves also offer a range of therapies from massage to counselling, practiced by highly-qualified professionals in their treatment rooms.
