Wrestling is a fantastic sport for kids where they can learn to rough and tumble safely. Steeped in Olympic history, freestyle wrestling is a fast and dynamic sport. The ultimate goal is to throw and pin your opponent to the mat, which results in an immediate win.

The 45-minute session will be jammed packed full of energy-burning drills and fun. Through exercise alone, kids will begin to learn the movements involved in wrestling, from sprawling and forward rolls to bear walks and back arches.

There is nothing like wrestling to build a kid’s confidence and self-esteem.
