Building effective and long-lasting relationships with your staff, customers and partners comes down to your skill in building rapport, understanding others and good communication. To be held at Frome Town Hall at 6pm on Tuesday 28th November, this month’s Discuss & Do will explore methods to perceive what drives people and how to communicate authentically.
Management Consultant and Frome Town Councillor Jean Boulton will be leading this session with a variety of exercises that will examine listening and communication skills as well as how to manage emotions in delicate situations.
