Youth matters peer support groups are now running in person and online. They are free and informal and give you the chance to meet other young people who may be experiencing similar issues in a safe, friendly and non-judgmental environment and allow you to both give and receive support to each other.

We have 2 age groups: 11 years up to 18 years and 18 years up to 24 years. Run by a team of staff and volunteers, our sessions are an opportunity to talk and share experiences, whilst learning some tools and resources to build self-confidence and self-esteem, and to help you cope better with life’s ups and downs. However we do not make anyone talk about why they have joined if they do not want to.

Our 18 to 24 year old groups will also include help and advice with independent living such as budgeting, completing forms, writing CV’s and healthy cooking.
