Frome’s Neighbourhood Plan clears the penultimate hurdle

We have now received the Inspector’s Report on our neighbourhood Plan. The Report recommends that the Plan proceed to referendum with some minor modifications. The Examiner’s Report setting out the proposed modifications is available  here. [412kb]

We will provide a further summary of the modifications once we have had time to digest it.

It’s now up to the District Council to approve the amended version and agree that it should go to referendum. Mendip’s Cabinet will decide this on Monday 11 April. If they approve it they will then set the date of the referendum.
